  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s server: another company.

3. Your rights and additional information on how to use the data

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    1. hosting company based on entrustment
    2. payment operators
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With respect to order data, the website stores:
    a. completed orders 1 month
    b. canceled orders 14 days
    c. failed orders 14 days
    d. on hold orders 14 days
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    a. access to personal data concerning you,
    b. correcting them,
    c. remove,
    d. processing restrictions
    e. and data transfer.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of exercising legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing of interests, rights and freedoms overriding you, in particular the determination, exercise or defense of claims.
  5. The Administrator’s actions may be appealed to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
  7. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. The Administrator undertakes to make efforts to maintain proper protection of the Customer’s personal data.
  10. The User has the right to view and change his personal data at any time, as well as request from the Administrator to delete them immediately (“the right to forget”).
